Reunion Plans/Update

Just a little over 4 weeks from now...

Reunion Thoughts and Requests...Please respond.  I am e-mailing this, putting it on the blog, and putting a copy in the regular mail.  If you respond by e-mail please do a “reply all” so that everyone is aware of your thoughts & what you want to do without me having to repeat it.  My “free” time is so very limited, I am praying that you will all help pick up the slack!  Thanks!
Who is coming & details:
Jim and Jeanie flying to Portland, plan to rent a car, go south to Roseburg, visit for a few days (staying in our basement “apt.”), then drive up to Washington on July 5th and join the rest of the family.
Christi driving and bringing 4 kids (Michael, Ammon, Melissa and Rebecca  (John & Rachel-no). Hoping to come to Eugene and see our apartment here and the mission office, staying with us the night of the 4th then driving up to  Washington on the 5th.
Sara and Patrick have been unable to commit at this point, but we are planning on them making it:)!  (And praying that they will be able to come!)
Emily and Adam (& Eli) are flying into Seattle, arriving 5:47pm on Thursday the 5th. - renting a car.
Steve and Holly have the honor of having bought the first airplane tickets to come out:)!  They arrive at 12:05 and we are planning on sending someone to pick them up. They are planning on staying in Seattle a couple of extra days to just sightsee after the reunion.
Mary Elizabeth is planning on coming - either by driving herself or catching a ride with someone else...i.e. Christi or Sara & Patrick)
The extra house is reserved and paid for in full.  We are planning on the following sleeping arrangements:
Charlotte & Seth's:     Charlotte & Seth, US, Christi & kids, Mary, Holly & Steve.  Mary and Christi can share a bedroom - or Mary can choose to be a couch person, a sleeping-in-the-tent person or...whatever:). Kids are invited (probably not the babies, but whichever ones would like to) to sleep at Charlotte & Seth's - either outside in a tent or on the floor of the basement.  A "Cousins Night" has been suggested (From Emily) where they would all stay there for sure!  WE are bringing our 2 room tent - one side for boys and one side for girls!
Allyn House: Jim & Jeanie (+Taylor, DJ, Colin, and Tanner), Sara & Patrick (+ Abby, Payton, and Josie), Adam & Emily (+Eli).  The fourth bedroom can be for "cousins" with littlest ones to sleep in the rooms with the parents.  We are providing one pack-n-play, 3 “ready beds” for small children and one high chair.  Charlotte will find 2 additional pack-n-plays and high chairs for us.  That will take care of the littlest ones, but please let me know what your children need to sleep in or on, so we can make sure we have what is needed. The bed in the fourth bedroom will obviously do for some... but I need to know what you want for YOUR kids!
Total Numbers:  Adults -14 Teens -1   Kids - 8 Under 2 - 3
Meals.  Breakfasts at the house you are sleeping in.  Lunches together if at all possible.  Dinners together, followed by a devotional each night (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday).  So we need:
Friday Breakfast Saturday Breakfast Sunday Breakfast Monday Breakfast
Friday Lunch Saturday Lunch         Sunday Lunch Monday Sack Lunches?
Friday Dinner Saturday Dinner         Sunday Dinner
Thoughts are:
Breakfasts can be at the house you are sleeping at, cereals, fruit, juice, etc.  Please respond with what kinds of cereals, fruits, drinks, etc. you would like available. Maybe do one “big” breakfast?  Hot foods?  Let me know.
Lunches need a little more coordinating - even if we stick to sandwiches, veggies, fruits, etc.  Please let me know which of the following meals you would like to be responsible for and what foods you need on hand in order to prepare it.  We will plan on buying the foods ahead of time so as not to take away from the fun times together!
